Today, 11 July 2026, we carried out a live broadcast from the flyover at Junction 15 of the M1, at the Castlebellingham turn-off. We had our "Aaron Brady is Innocent" banner on the bridge, and members of the Brady family were present throughout, holding the banner and broadcasting live. During the broadcast, members of An Garda Síochána approached us and asked us to move. For the most part, the Gardaí were courteous, professional and tolerant in their interactions with us. However, one Garda did attempt to push my camera and tripod away while I was filming. Once again, I want to make one point absolutely clear: we did NOT put a camera in the Gardaí's faces. They came to us. The video speaks for itself. People can watch the full interaction and decide what they think happened. Throughout the interaction, we remained present with our banner and continued to conduct ourselves peacefully. The Supreme Court recently rejected all grounds under which Aaron Brady's lawyers claimed the initial trial was unfair. Following an RTÉ News report on the unveiling of a memorial plaque honouring Detective Garda Adrian Donohoe and Detective Garda Tony Golden, the Justice for Aaron Brady Campaign wishes to express both our respect for these men and our continuing concern about the handling of the investigation and trial that followed Adrian Donohoe’s tragic death. We recognise that it has taken more than a decade for an official memorial to be installed, and we fully acknowledge the grief of both families. Our campaign’s purpose is not to diminish that loss but to insist that true justice must rest on truth, transparency, and the rule of law. For years we have written to senior figures in government and policing, setting out detailed concerns about the evidence used in Aaron Brady’s conviction. Those communications, and the supporting documentation, remain unanswered. We again invite all relevant authorities to review the material carefully and respond publicly. Our message is simple: remembering Detective Garda Adrian Donohoe should mean committing to finding and holding accountable the person actually responsible for his murder. Until every doubt about this case is examined openly and fairly, neither his memory nor public trust in the justice system can be fully honoured. Truth does not fear scrutiny. It is there for all to see. The CCTV footage relied upon in the prosecution of Aaron Brady and James Flynn. The original Garda document containing recorded details that, in our view, proves the case presented against both men was completely corrupted . If James Flynn’s case proceeds to retrial, these are precisely the matters that will be examined and scrutinised in open court. These are the issues that deserve proper testing: the CCTV sequence the recorded timings the original Garda notes and whether the narrative presented was supported by the underlying evidence That is why this material matters. We also note the continued silence and lack of engagement despite these issues being raised repeatedly. For us, that silence only strengthens the need for independent scrutiny and open examination. Our position remains clear: When the original records and footage are properly reviewed, proof is there the case against Aaron Brady and James Flynn is totally corrupted. And where serious doubt exists, justice requires that it be confronted.

As previously documented in our campaign videos, we have covered the unjust denial of bail for James Flynn. Let us reiterate clearly and unequivocally: James Flynn has been acquitted of any involvement in the Lordship Credit Union robbery on the 25th of January 2013. Evidence confirms that James Flynn — and his vehicle — were located in the Square, Crossmaglen, at the time of the robbery. Yet, as we have seen time and time again in this tangled web of deceit surrounding Aaron’s trial, every thread is connected — and one falsehood feeds the next. We must draw urgent attention to the disturbing conduct of Detective Garda Mark Phillips. During James Flynn’s trial and on the 28th April, Phillips made repeated references to so-called witness intimidation — a narrative entirely unrelated to James Flynn’s case. It is crucial to understand: this had absolutely nothing to do with Flynn, his trial, or his bail hearing. It was a deliberate move by Phillips to poison the perception of the Flynn family and to fortify the same false narrative used to frame Aaron Brady. It shows — again — that Phillips and others in An Garda Síochána will stoop to any depth to conceal their own lies, protect their fabricated case, and discredit anyone who threatens to expose the truth. This brings us now to Ronan Flynn and the Flynn family. In this video, we share a recorded phone conversation that confirms — in Ronan Flynn’s own words — that neither Aaron Brady nor any member of the Brady family ever intimidated him. On the contrary, Ronan Flynn reveals that he was arrested, harassed, and intimidated by An Garda Síochána. He speaks of being threatened repeatedly, told he would never see his wife or daughter again due to an outstanding warrant in Ireland — threats that left him feeling terrorised and vulnerable. These are not empty claims — they are part of a documented pattern of coercion and fear mongering used by the Gardaí throughout this entire case. We call upon Ronan Flynn — and others like him — to come forward and tell the truth. We know you were wronged. We know the lies you were forced to live with have haunted you. And we believe that in telling your truth, you can help bring justice not just for Aaron, but for everyone used and discarded by a corrupt system. This video also highlights a disturbing double standard. Ronan Flynn references being protected due to his marriage to an American citizen — something that also applied to Daniel Cahill, who was allowed to remain in the United States. Aaron Brady, too, was married to an American citizen, but this crucial detail was hidden from the court and the public. Why was this used to benefit some and completely disregarded in Aaron’s case? We raised this very question with expert witness Kerry Bretz, who confirmed how irregular and damaging this discrepancy is. Most critically, Ronan confirms that he was in direct contact with Aaron’s solicitors on multiple occasions. This proves what we have said all along: that releasing video footage of Ronan’s statement to Mark Phillips on the internet was not only reckless but gravely detrimental to Aaron’s defence. We assert with certainty and without fear of contradiction: it was An Garda Síochána themselves who leaked those videos online — not the Brady family. This breach was not just unprofessional — it was strategic and malicious. The Brady family continues to investigate and expose these injustices because they are not isolated incidents. They form a coordinated and deliberate effort to frame Aaron Brady, distort the truth, and silence those who dare to speak it. Every time we scratch beneath the surface, more flaws, more corruption, and more tampered evidence come to light. We call on public representatives, journalists, human rights advocates, and the wider public: open your eyes to what is being hidden in plain sight. Ask the questions. Demand the answers.
